I believe prevention is the only true cure. In 2017, I faced my own cancer journey. At the time, I didn’t know prevention was possible when it came to cancer. Looking back, I wish I had known about the tools and strategies available to create a body inhospitable to disease. But now that has changed. I'm not sitting back, hoping the cancer doesn't return; I'm moving forward, actively working at preventing recurrence. I am proactive, educated and empowered in my own health. And you can be too.

Today, I see the metabolic terrain approach not just as prevention but as a powerful way to reclaim health, vitality, and hope. I am joyfully taking control of my own health—not only to prevent a recurrence but also to reduce my risk for other chronic diseases like autoimmune conditions and dementia. My goal is to live a lifetime in optimal health, and I want to help you do the same.
